Application

Product Overview
Our aluminum alloy anti-static access floor panels are precision-cast from monolithic aluminum, offering a homogeneous, non-laminated structure that eliminates the risk of surface delamination – a critical advantage in cleanroom applications where particulate contamination must be minimized.
The all-cast aluminum construction provides excellent corrosion resistance, dimensional stability across temperature fluctuations, and a superior strength-to-weight ratio that simplifies handling and installation.
Each panel is manufactured to 600mm × 600mm × 55mm dimensions, compatible with standard raised floor pedestal and stringer systems.
Panel Types
| Type | Description | Point Load (min.) | UDL (min.) | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ventilated (Perforated) | Cast aluminum panel with perforations for underfloor airflow distribution | 300 kg | 1,800 kg/m² | Cleanrooms with underfloor HVAC, data centers, semiconductor fabs |
| Solid (Blind) | Fully solid cast aluminum panel – no perforations | 300 kg | 800 kg/m² | Office areas, equipment rooms, general cleanroom zones |
Note: Higher load capacities available upon request. The 55mm thickness serves as the base dimension; alternative thicknesses can be produced by machining down from the 55mm standard.
Surface Finish Options
| Finish | Description | Recommended Application |
|---|---|---|
| 2.0mm Anti-Static PVC (ESD) | Textured PVC sheet laminated to the aluminum surface – provides static dissipation and comfortable foot feel | Standard cleanrooms, electronics assembly, server rooms |
| Nickel-Chromium Plating (Bare Aluminum) | No surface laminate – cast aluminum body with electroless nickel-chromium plating for corrosion protection and a clean, metal finish | Pharmaceutical cleanrooms, food processing, harsh chemical environments – where laminates are not permitted |
| Stainless Steel Facing (Custom) | Stainless steel surface bonded to the aluminum core – combines aluminum's light weight with stainless steel's hygiene and durability | Medical facilities, laboratories, sterile processing areas |
Accessories – Pedestals & Stringers
| Component | Steel Option | Aluminum Option |
|---|---|---|
| Pedestal | Heavy-duty steel construction – maximum load capacity | Lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum – ideal for wet or humid environments |
| Stringer | Steel cross beams for structural rigidity | Aluminum cross beams – fully compatible with aluminum panels |
Both steel and aluminum accessory systems are available in multiple height ranges to suit different underfloor service zones.

Why Choose Our Aluminum ESD Flooring?
-
Zero delamination risk – All-cast construction outperforms particle-board or cementitious panels in cleanroom environments
-
Corrosion-proof – Aluminum naturally resists rust and chemical attack
-
Lifecycle value – High initial quality translates to lower long-term replacement costs
-
Fully compatible – Standard 600×600mm panel size works with existing pedestal grids
-
Choice of accessory materials – Steel for maximum strength; aluminum for lightweight corrosion-proof systems
