Surface options: 2.0mm anti-static PVC, nickel-chromium plating (no laminate), or stainless steel. Accessories available in steel or aluminum. Point load from 300kg, UDL up to 1,800kg/m². Custom thickness available via machining.

Product Overview

Our aluminum alloy anti-static access floor panels are precision-cast from monolithic aluminum, offering a homogeneous, non-laminated structure that eliminates the risk of surface delamination – a critical advantage in cleanroom applications where particulate contamination must be minimized.

The all-cast aluminum construction provides excellent corrosion resistance, dimensional stability across temperature fluctuations, and a superior strength-to-weight ratio that simplifies handling and installation.

Each panel is manufactured to 600mm × 600mm × 55mm dimensions, compatible with standard raised floor pedestal and stringer systems.

Note: Higher load capacities available upon request. The 55mm thickness serves as the base dimension; alternative thicknesses can be produced by machining down from the 55mm standard.
